Jeanne Chapman received her vast dental experience as a dental assistant for 18 years. Upon leaving the dental office she started Dental Safety Compliance Service which "Assists dental offices and laboratories with OSHA Compliance and Infection Control."

She now has over a decade of experience helping the dental community by providing training and compliance materials

Jeanne is an approved OSHA Outreach Trainer through the Department of Labor. She is accepted by the Academy of General Dentistry's (PACE) "Program Approval for Continuing Education" program, providing continuing education credit thru that organization.

Jeanne has and continues to speak to thousands of dentists, assistants, hygienists, as well as dental laboratory owners and technicians throughout the state of Texas in dental offices, laboratories or at Dental Meetings. For the past 5 years, she has been a guest speaker at the Dental Assistant Training Program sponsored by the Greater Houston Dental Society and a past speaker at the Star of the South Dental Meeting in Houston, Texas.

Tuesday Andrews-Ross has been working in the dental profession for 15 years. She has worked in private practices as well as previously holding the position as the Dental Assisting Chairperson for Everest located in Houston, Texas. While holding this position she was instrumental in revising the dental assisting curriculum for the Corinthian Colleges’ dental assisting program which is now used nationwide. She currently is the Director of Training and Operations for Lone Star Review Service and also was influential in opening a free dental clinic for Fort Bend County’s underserved and uninsured residents.


Lucille Hutton offers over thirty years experience in dental practice management and consulting to improve your practice.

Lucille is widely known to possess strength, decorum and influence in her training methods. She is a strong facilitator of improved workplace habits and has a proven track record of guiding dental professionals to a new level of success with office and patient techniques.

Her communication skills create an awareness of the possibilities existing within a practice and allow staff members to reach their full potential. She brings an experience of what has worked and will work in any dental office. Her techniques have been implemented in many practices with great success in increasing production and collection as well as creating staff harmony and eliminating many of the common stress factors. Lucille has earned a Fellowship in the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries and Practice Management, a component society of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, which enables her to provide her services in the surgical arena as well as in general dentistry.
